How do I Verify My Account

Account Verification Guide (KYC)  To use withdrawals or claim bonuses on BETSS, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification.  What You Will Need  A valid ID document: National ID Card (NIC), Driver's License, or Passport  A clear selfie taken in good lighting  Tip:  Make sure all details match your official documents exactly. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay or block your verification.  PART 1 — SET UP YOUR IDENTITY DETAILS ON BETSS  ◆  Step 1: Log in to your BETSS account  ◆  Step 2: Tap your profile icon at the top-right corner of the home screen ◆  Step 3: Go to My Profile  ◆  Step 4: Scroll down to the Change NIC section to ADD/[CHANGE] ◆  Step 5: Enter your identity details  Verification Method — Select National Identity Card, Driver's License, or Passport  Document Number — Enter the number exactly as it appears on your document  Full name — Enter your name exactly as printed on the document ◆  Step 6: Tap the Continue button. Warning: Please ensure that your identification document is correct and ready before starting the verification process. If the verification process is interrupted, times out, or is not completed successfully, you will need to wait 1 hour before attempting verification again. PART 2 — DOCUMENT & SELFIE UPLOAD ◆  Step 7: Get your National ID Card ready  A preparation screen will appear. You will need:  Your National ID card — Front and back photos clearly showing all details  A selfie — Taken in good lighting with your face fully visible  Tap Start Verification to begin  ◆  Step 8: Tick the checkbox and give your consent ◆  Step 9: Select your document type  Choose your document issuing country (Sri Lanka) and then select the document type you want to use:  National ID — Requires front and back side photos  Driver's License — Requires front and back side photos  Passport — Requires the passport data page ◆  Step 10: Follow the camera instructions  Allow camera access when prompted.  Adjust all four corners of your document within the frame  Avoid glare on the document  Avoid expired, blurred, or distant captures  ◆  Step 11: Take Photos of front and back side of your document  Position your document so all four corners are inside the yellow frame. The app will auto-capture when it detects a clear image. You can also tap the shutter button manually.  Do's:  Use natural light facing the camera  Ensure even, clear front lighting  Take a stable and clear photo  Capture the full document within the frame  Use original document colors — no filters  Don'ts:  Avoid overly bright light with glare or reflections  Avoid low light or shadows  Do not upload blurry or unclear images  Do not cut off any part of the document  Avoid scanned copies, photocopies, or edited images  ◆  Step 12: Confirm both sides  After photographing both sides, you will see a preview screen. If you are happy, tap Confirm. If not, tap Retake to redo the photos. ◆  Step 13: Take your selfie  After confirming your document, the system will guide you through taking a selfie to confirm your identity matches your document.  Align your face inside the oval shown on screen  Avoid inappropriate lighting (too bright or too dark)  Remove accessories such as glasses or hats if asked  Tip:  Sit facing a window for the best natural lighting. Avoid bright backgrounds behind you. The oval turns green when your face is correctly positioned.  ◆  Step 14: View the final result and complete verification  After the selfie is captured, app will process your submission and display the result:  If successful — Your KYC is approved and you can proceed with withdrawals  If failed — You will see the reason. Common issues include 'Duplicate account detected' (your identity is already linked to another account)  Tap Proceed to finalize the verification process

Document Issuing Country ஆக Sri Lanka என்பதைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து, பின்வரும் ஆவணங்களில் ஒன்றைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும்: • National ID – முன்புறம் மற்றும் பின்புறம் தேவையாகும் • Driver's License – முன்புறம் மற்றும் பின்புறம் தேவையாகும் • Passport – தகவல் (Data) பக்கம் மட்டுமே தேவையாகும் படி 10 Camera வழிமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றவும். • Camera அணுகலை (Access) அனுமதிக்கவும் • ஆவணத்தின் நான்கு மூலைகளும் Frame-க்குள் இருப்பதை உறுதிசெய்யவும் • ஒளி பிரதிபலிப்பு (Glare) அல்லது Reflection ஏற்படாமல் கவனிக்கவும் • காலாவதியான, தெளிவற்ற அல்லது தொலைவில் எடுக்கப்பட்ட புகைப்படங்களைப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம் படி 11 ஆவணத்தின் முன்புறம் மற்றும் பின்புற புகைப்படங்களை எடுக்கவும். • ஆவணத்தின் நான்கு மூலைகளும் Yellow Frame-க்குள் இருப்பதை உறுதிசெய்யவும் • தெளிவான படம் கண்டறியப்பட்டதும் App தானாகவே புகைப்படத்தைப் பதிவு செய்யும் • தேவையெனில் Shutter Button-ஐ கைமுறையாக அழுத்தலாம் செய்ய வேண்டியவை • இயற்கை வெளிச்சத்தில் புகைப்படம் எடுக்கவும் • முகப்பகுதியில் போதுமான வெளிச்சம் இருப்பதை உறுதிசெய்யவும் • நிலையான மற்றும் தெளிவான புகைப்படம் எடுக்கவும் • முழு ஆவணத்தையும் Frame-க்குள் பதிவு செய்யவும் • இயல்பான ஆவண நிறங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தவும்; Filters பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம் தவிர்க்க வேண்டியவை • அதிக ஒளி அல்லது Reflection உள்ள சூழல்களைத் தவிர்க்கவும் • குறைந்த வெளிச்சம் அல்லது நிழல் உள்ள இடங்களைத் தவிர்க்கவும் • மங்கலான அல்லது தெளிவற்ற புகைப்படங்களைப் பதிவேற்ற வேண்டாம் • ஆவணத்தின் எந்தப் பகுதியும் வெட்டப்படக்கூடாது • Scan செய்யப்பட்ட நகல்கள், Photocopy-கள் அல்லது திருத்தப்பட்ட படங்களைப் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டாம் படி 12 இரு பக்கங்களையும் உறுதிப்படுத்தவும். புகைப்படங்கள் எடுக்கப்பட்ட பிறகு Preview Screen தோன்றும். • திருப்தியாக இருந்தால் Confirm என்பதைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும் • மீண்டும் எடுக்க விரும்பினால் Redo என்பதைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும் படி 13 Selfie புகைப்படத்தை எடுக்கவும். ஆவணம் உறுதிப்படுத்தப்பட்ட பிறகு, உங்கள் அடையாளம் ஆவணத்துடன் பொருந்துகிறதா என்பதை உறுதிப்படுத்தும் செயல்முறை தொடங்கும். • உங்கள் முகத்தை Oval Frame-க்குள் சரியாக அமைக்கவும் • அதிக அல்லது குறைந்த வெளிச்சத்தைத் தவிர்க்கவும் • தேவையெனில் கண்ணாடி, தொப்பி போன்றவற்றை அகற்றவும் படி 14 இறுதி முடிவைப் பார்த்து சரிபார்ப்பை நிறைவு செய்யவும். Selfie பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட பிறகு, உங்கள் தகவல்கள் செயலாக்கப்பட்டு முடிவு காட்டப்படும். • Successful – உங்கள் KYC அங்கீகரிக்கப்படும் மற்றும் பணம் பெறுதல் (Withdrawals) செய்ய முடியும் • Failed – தோல்விக்கான காரணம் காட்டப்படும். பொதுவான காரணங்களில் ஒன்று "Duplicate Account Detected" (உங்கள் அடையாளம் ஏற்கனவே மற்றொரு கணக்குடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது) என்பதாகும். சரிபார்ப்பு செயல்முறையை முடிக்க Proceed என்பதைத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கவும்.
