If not, tap Retake to redo the photos. ◆  Step 13: Take your selfie  After confirming your document, the system will guide you through taking a selfie to confirm your identity matches your document.  Align your face inside the oval shown on screen  Avoid inappropriate lighting (too bright or too dark)  Remove accessories such as glasses or hats if asked  Tip:  Sit facing a window for the best natural lighting. Avoid bright backgrounds behind you. The oval turns green when your face is correctly positioned.  ◆  Step 14: View the final result and complete verification  After the selfie is captured, app will process your submission and display the result:  If successful — Your KYC is approved and you can proceed with withdrawals  If failed — You will see the reason.
